Owner/President

Monster Cote, (formally Properties Plus Slip Solution) was formed in 2015, with a priority of fixing “slip and fall” solutions.  

As of late,  Dave has been known to say, “I’m living the dream”.  The “A Team”, Alex Bramlett (Dave's son in law, Indiana), and Alex Loesing (Dave's son in Cincinnati) are the Project Managers for Monster Cote.  Not only are they a joy for Dave to work with, in the past 6 / 7 years, they have become specialists in the Concrete resurfacing applications and options, while handling the customer’s needs and expectations.  Dave adds that the rest of the crew are quality workers and people, who appreciate the solutions they provide.  A true Dream Team.

Dave's two Indiana daughters, and their growing families, keep his wife and him busy.  

Bengals and golf make up my spare time, which are much more frustrating than the Monster Cote world.

Project Manager (Indianapolis)

Alex has been installing floors with Monster Cote since 2017. Outside of work he enjoys hunting deer/turkey, doing projects around his old farmhouse, and spending time with his wife and 1 year old daughter. Alex's favorite thing about what he does at Monster Cote is the family atmosphere that they create with their team members, as well as being a part of some awesome flooring transformations that they provide to their customers. 

Office Manager

Tamara has been office manager at Monster Cote since 2020. Outside of work she enjoys doing fun things with her family, running kids to sports events and training. Although her kid's schedules don't allow her much time for hobbies, she enjoys reading, puzzles, and comedy. Tamara is a Bengals fan, and is known as the goofball among her family/friends. Her favorite part about working at Monster Cote is the kindness and generosity that everyone exhibits.

Project Manager (Cincinnati)

Alex has been installing floors with Monster Cote since 2018. Outside of work he enjoys working out, running/biking, golfing, exploring new restaurants and breweries, and driving his girlfriend around old Milford in their 1974 EZGO golf cart. Alex enjoys the family atmosphere of Monster Cote and building long-term relationships with great clients, with a focus on continually growing the company.
